INCREASE AWARENESS OF CENTRE PROMOTIONS, EVENTS, CAMPAIGNS AND COMPETITIONS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.

CONTENT CREATION AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT WITHIN SCOPE OF OVER-ARCHING MARKETING OBJECTIVES AND FIVE SPECIFIC STRATEGIC CONTENT PILLARS.

Key Challenges

AS ONE OF MANY SHOPPING MALLS IN IT'S REGION, A KEY CHALLENGE WITH THIS CLIENT WOULD BE STANDING OUT AND POSITIONING AS THE GO-TO AMONGST THE VERY SIMILAR CONTENT BEING GENERATED BY DIRECT COMPETITORS IN THE LOCAL AREA.

ANOTHER AREA OF FOCUS FOR US WAS TO INCREASE UGC, ORIGINAL CONTENT AND CONTENT GATHERED WITHIN THE CENTRE.

TIMELINE: ONGOING MONTHLY MANAGEMENT WITH NO SET END DATE, HOWEVER I BEGAN MATERNITY LEAVE AFTER SIX MONTHS AFTER PARTNERSHIP COMMENCED.
