Key Challenges

FOLLOWING A RE-BRAND, THERE WERE LOTS OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR NEW IDEAS AND A FRESH STRATEGY WHEN IT CAME TO THE CLIENT'S SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT. THE CHALLENGE VOICED BY THE TEAM LAY WITHIN CREATING ENGAGING, VALUABLE CONTENT FOR THE CLIENT'S ICA, REACHING A WIDER AUDIENCE AND MEETING THE MARKETING OBJECTIVES, WITHIN THEIR SPECIFIC NICHE WHICH CENTRED AROUND TRANSPORTATION AND SPECIFIED CARE SERVICES, AND TYPICALLY CONSIDERED PERHAPS NOT AS AESTHETICALLY PLEASING OR EASY PROMOTE COMPARED TO OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT. 

MID-WAY THROUGH THIS CAMPAIGN WE ENTERED THE PANDEMIC, WHICH PRESENTED NEW UNFORESEEN CHALLENGES. AS THE BUSINESS'S SERVICES PIVOTED, SO DID THE SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY. EVERYTHING WAS SCRAPPED, REVISED AND RE-DONE TO STRICT DEADLINES TO ENSURE THE WELLBEING OF THE BRAND OVERALL IN SUCH UNPRECEDENTED TIMES.
